An adequate level of data protection is, for example, ensured through the recipient's certification under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, the conclusion of EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the existence of binding corporate rules (BCR). Web Analysis/Google Analytics

If you have consented to the use and storage of third-party cookies, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter a GDPR, as the data processing occurs based on your consent. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield agreement, thus providing a guarantee of compliance with European data protection law (see www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI).

Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activities, and provide other services related to website and internet usage. Pseudonymous usage profiles can be created from the processed data.

We only use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled. This means the IP address of users is truncated by Google within member states of the European Union (EU) or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP address transmitted by your browser will not be merged with other Google data.

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for our recording purposes. In our case, this typically occurs after 6 weeks.

You can revoke your consent to the storage and use of cookies for Google Analytics by disabling "third-party cookies"

Furthermore, you can technically prevent the storage and use of cookies through the appropriate browser settings or browser add-ons.

Cookies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies, such as HTML5 Storage (collectively referred to as "cookies"), to optimize the website. This facilitates navigation and enhances user-friendliness.

Cookies are small identifiers that our web server sends to your browser, which your device stores with the corresponding default settings. These can be used, among other things, to determine whether there has already been communication from your device to us. They serve to make usage more comfortable for you and to optimize our offerings. This processing occurs based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f GDPR concerning strictly necessary cookies and based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter a GDPR if you consent to the storage and use of additional first-party cookies or third-party cookies. Personal data may be stored in cookies if this is technically necessary or if you have provided consent.

When you use our website, you can give your consent to the use and storage of additional first-party cookies or third-party cookies on your device. You can revoke your granted consent for the use and storage of cookies at any time with future effect by disabling the respective cookie settings described below for this website regarding additional first-party cookies (Section 6 letter b) or third-party cookies (Section 6 letter c).

Furthermore, you can choose “do not accept cookies” in your browser settings (including for strictly necessary cookies). For procedures on how to technically manage and delete cookies in your browser settings, please refer to the help function.
